Your responsibilities include:

  • Create a positive work culture by implementing policies that support employee well-being and happiness.
  • Plan and organize fun team-building activities.
  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, coordinating orientations, and creating employee files.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including coordinating performance reviews, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining employee performance records.
  • Be the go-to person for employee questions, concerns, and needs.
  • Assist with payroll, benefits administration, and other HR tasks as needed.

What we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or something related.
  • Knowledge of how to find the candidates using job boards, social media, and maybe even a magic spell or two.
  • A positive attitude and passion for creating a positive work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A willingness to take on any task (big or small) to keep the office running smoothly.
  • A strong work ethic (because let's be real, keeping everyone happy is hard work!).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • A passion for learning and growing in the HR field.
